personalized suggestions on starting my first cycle
Hi,
I've enjoyed reading many of the posts here and was hoping that someone with experience and knowledge would be willing to give me some personalized guidance before starting my first cycle.
I'm a 30 year old musician who is currently 6'3" and 200 lbs with roughly 10% body fat. I trained heavily for football during college in my early 20s and have been back into working out consistently for the past year again where I've hit a wall in making any more gains. Since I tour for a living and am on stage now, my goal is mainly to add size and get a little more cut for aesthetic reasons.
Which anabolic steroid do you recommend I take? Also, I feel dumb saying this, but having long hair is an important part of my job. Is there anything else you recommend I take to keep my hair growing long and healthy? My mother's dad was about 1/2 bald, so I'm guessing that will become a factor for me at some.

If not, where is a reputable place to read up on Test E, C?
Also, any metal heads here on the forum? I can likely trade concert tickets for pretty much any metal concert you can think of for some personalized advice or even a workout/eating plan. This site is the best place to find the info you are looking for. Personally I think 500mg of test e a week for 12 weeks is a good starter cycle.
Don't know about metal head. I am more of a child of the 80s. Have a Cinderella and a Billy Squire cd in my truck as we speak.

Oh and you are not an idiot. You are asking questions and being polite about it. That goes a long way here.
As for a diet I would look into lean me out's bulking diet in the diet section. I have been using it and it is brilliant.
If it has been a while since you lifted I would do a full body work out 3 days a week for 8 weeks to get the muscles and joints ready for your more intense movements.

Read the education threads and profiles and get some knowledge on what compounds do and how to build a cycle, once you have learnt more about steroids you can design yourself a cycle and post it in here and we can go over it for you, you do need to do some work yourself lol.
You also need to post your diet so we can look over that to make sure your on track for your goals.
