as the title states....i'm curious how many cycles per year is considered safe but effective? I don't want to do anything year round as if i'm a muscletech athlete lol...but to progress and keep muscle gains.

ppl say two a year is good but for me running one is enough ran properly...
better read up about the test cycles and the d-bol mate
My rule of thumb is two. But this year I may push it to 3 since my next cycle will only be 8 weeks long.
Depends on your recovery and length of cycles.
Base it your blood work, kept gains and ideal target.
