Can't sleep!

I am in the third week of PCT, took 100 mgs a day of clomid the first 2 weeks, down to 50mgs now. Does clomid cause insomnia? I typically have no problem sleeping 8-9 hours straight, but this whole week I am lucky to sleep 5 hours, then i wake up and can't go back to sleep.

I started out with a high dose the first two weeks because I figured I needed a strong PCT because i was on Test E blasting and crusing for around 8 months.

Besides the sleep the only side I have is irritability, which I already knew was a Clomid side.

Sex drive is still there, no depression, no mood swings.

Thoughts?

sorry bud, i don't have an answer to your question, but i feel your pain. i've been getting some sh!t sleeps lately too. unrelated to your problem though!

benadryl. Keep us posted on blood work if u get any done. I'd like to know if u recover from 8 months of cruising and blasting.

Try using some ZMA or Melatonin 3mg before bed.

good advice, first thing i would get some benadryl. go to cvs and its 3 bucks. if that doesnt work go from there, and try other advice.

Melatonin.... nothing else helps me sleep and I've tried everything.... I take 12mg of melatonin (seems like the sweet spot for me, although everyone is different) and lights out!!

Been taking 750mg of gaba a night and some sleep aid from the vitamin shop and its helped.
