    Need help for next cycle

    I am a beginner with Sterids and just finished a cycle of Winstrol and Clembuterol. What would be a good cycle to do from here? ANd do I need to wait before starting?

    Height?
    Weight?
    Bodayfat%?
    Years training?
    PCT Knowledge?
