Why is dbol so cheap

I paid 45 for100tabs.Is this stuff low quality/is it just to build water or does it build mucsle?I cant figure out why it is so cheap

I have seen russian d-bol's for $45/100 international. I also have seen British Dragon d-bol's $275/1000 international. It all depends on who you get it from and who manufactures it.

but most people use it in most cycles its not cheap crap
but the good stuff
