clen cycle problem
Starting a clen cycle in the next couple of days but im abit confused about how to go about it... i have read a couple of ways but not sure which road to take. One way which seems popular is 2 days on 40 mg one day off two days on then weekend off.... then up to 80 if last week went well then 120 week after... (will i need ketotifen with this?? and should i take it for just one week 3 week in or all throught or from week 3 onwards)
Then thers the two week on two week off startin 20 wrorking up to 120 then down at then end of the two week..
Looking for a much advice possible.... just finished a prop and winni 6 week cycle but wangt to loose more
weight.. currently on 40 nolva a day

Seems like you are overcomplicating. I do two weeks on, two weeks off. I run 120 pretty much all the time, but I am lucky to barely get sides. Start at 40 and go up every day until the sides are too annoying.
I haven't used it for very long, so definitely wait for other feedback.

2 on 2 off is reccomended
whe first dosing protocol u typed out is useless since the half life of clen is too long to up-regulate the beta-2 receptor with only one day off...
However diet and cardio are the only way ur going to loose BF, im sure I have told u b4
What is ur current diet and cardio schedule

hello baseline my diet is
wake at 10am home made bar my diet book in the car thinks it has tho 300 cal 35 protein 12 g fat and cant rememmber the cards
12ish i have a tuna sarna on wholegrain little may only 5 grams no butter
2-3 normaly a chicken some with bit of brocoli brown rice
5-6 normally chicken or tuna again
between ten and 11 normaly a protein shake hour before i go bed....
This is just a rough guide been keeping a diary for last 2 month but had 2 week off from it. this is allso probably been the average diet on my work days whick are 12 - 9.30 my days off and early shift 6am-3 are pritty much perfect diet days
now for the cardio.... i have started to do HIIT style thanks to some peoples advice on how to correct my cardio traing. my routine is useualy mon chest tri... tues hour cardio wed back bi, thurs hour hiit, fri shoulders abs, sat hiit, sunday off....have tried to do cardio after weights but im too tired cant do it..

2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. ramping up the dose to 120mcg a day.
I always do cardio after I do weight's. plus I go for a walk before I go to bed.
Are you only doing clen ? no AAS or Anti E?

I like to take my clen about 40 minutes before my workout. But like everyone is saying 2 on and 2 off. Drink a gallon to a gallon a half of water a day to help prevent cramping and take some pottasium and taurine as well.
If your diet is in check you should see the benefits of the clen. Don't make the same mistake I did the first time out and eat what ever you want thinking it's a miracle chemical. Good luck with the cycle.
