Need advice on clen !!

I started on the clen on the 14th 40mg ,,each day I went up 20mg's per day I'm up to 120 mg on my 5th day --- question should i stay there at 120mg or go higher --an what do I have to do to do a 4 wk straight cycle ??---------------------- my weight was 222 on the 14th an by the 5th day I'm at 215 ,,I do cardio twice a day an weight train every morning ,,,

yep im seeing that you lost some fat already or was that last pic old .there is alot of guys on here using clen some one will chime in on you. your on your way bruce .

My understanding is that you can go longer than two weeks by adding Keto.

I don't get many sides, and have gone to 160. I won't go any higher.

I haven't been using long, so wait for confirmation from others. Also, look for the thread called "clenbutoral handbook". I would post the link but I am on my phone.

i think i would hold that dose for 5 days then taper down for the next 2 days and cycle off for 2 weeks .alot of people have been posting that the benadyl method doesnt work. but the keto does .ill bump this up again for you.

my friend ran this stuff and quit at 20 mcg how have the sides been , ive heard this stuff was pretty potent. your using ar-r clen right?
