When to cycle again

I just came off the worst cycle ever it was a pro hormone with 10mg dymethazine and 15mg cyanostane ED for 4 weeks feel free to flame my dumbass i wanted to be cheap this time and only spend les than 100$ and of course the results i paid for the price. When can i start my tren e test e cycle?

Basic theory is Time on cycle + Time on PCT = Time between cycles. But that is very general and hormone levels and blood lipid profiles would likely be a much safer way of gauging when one has recovered enough to begin another cycle.

In all honesty, take as much time between cycles as you can. This shouldn't be a rush.

I do the Time off = time on + rest + PCT as the very minimal time between cycles. My body tends to acne when I cycle. Not full call back carpet but one here and there. When I'm "back to normal" my acne tapers off. That's a real good indicator that I'm ready for another cycle. It normally takes me about 6 to 8 months of rest before I'm ready for another cycle.
