    What would you suggest? novice

    IM very confused as I am new to the DarkSide lol. this is what I can get right now. What I want to do is lose weight and gain muscle mass (like everyone) this is what I can get right now. I have been reading alot on the net but nothing really tells me what works great with what. if you could help a little bit to start me off in my knowledge that would be awesome!!!

    I am currently 28yrs old, 5ft11, 195llbs and 13%BF
    been working out since I was 18yrs old on and off. Have gotten more into it in the past 3 yrs. What I would like to do is lean out. Some friends have been saying EQ\CYP\Dec\Anavar. Not sure just trying to get some knowledge before I commit. Or buy the gear and just have it laying around

    How is your diet? I can tell you need to do A LOT of research before you put any of these compounds in your body you know nothing about. Stay on this board and research and come up with your own proposed cycle/pct etc and we will help you from there.

    Lots of reasearch.. 2gallons water a day 400-450 grams protein pre and post workout carbs..Empty stomach cardio..A perfect workout plan!Great form!Then when all that is in check 600mg test enth a week for 12 weeks with the normal clomid nolva pct..Good luck it seems you have alot to learn..No offence!JMHO

    I just read a few articles stating that it is actually worse to do cardio on an empty stomach.

    It's catabolic to do cardio with little blood sugar, but so is anything that helps burn fat(besides DNP and clen which both make me sick)..What are you trying to say it's worse how?All I know is you attack the blood sugar in the morning and before you sleep and you will cut fat and muscle quick at least that how Ive cut for 15 years..Is that what your trying to say is that you cut too much muscle..iam confused by your response?Throw some studies up?
