    clen?

    should you spread your dosage of clen throughout the day or take it all once?

    Run a search for Clenbuterol but for a quick answear to your question yes spread it throughout the day. What part of LA are you from Im here too

    spread it out - but not late if you makes you jittery. I have a hard time with clen or eca in sleep. So I take it all in by 4pm, so I can sleep well at night.

    Clen has a long 1/2 life so you should be able to get away with it once a day, but I have found it works better if I split the dosage to twice a day.
