I'm 19, male, 6' 185 lbs. I have only been training for a little over one year but have made great progress. When I first started training my height was the same but my weight was 180 lbs. and i was at 20% body fat benching 115 lbs. for a one rep max (pathetic I know). I am now 185 lbs. at 14% (was at 11% in jan. 2011) with my max bench now at 210 lbs. Within a couple of months after I first started training I already knew a good amount about training and nutrition (spent a lot of time on bodybuilding.com daily and the people that own the gym I go to are bodybuilders and I have sat down and talked with them about nutrition and training a countless number if times) so my beginning year was not wasted due to lack of knowledge like many people. Anyways recently I have been considering doing a low dose cycle test/deca. I have talked to a few guys at the gym who have done it/do it and they all claim they have no regrets. Some also started when they were my age and younger. I was set on starting my cycle until I found this site tonight and saw guys my age getting their threads flamed due to the fact they are cycling at my age....... what are your opinions on my situation? I have had many people tell me that I am old enough and will be fine, yet many posts on this forum argue with that. I know this is a long post but i appreciate those who actually read and respond to this. thanks a lot.
