    Another T3 question...

    I was saving my T3 until after my TRT bloodwork today because I was going to increase to 300mg/wk to avoid the catabolic effects of T3. Well good and bad news...my Endo increased my test dosage to 100mg/wk (good) but she wants blood again in 4 weeks (bad). So I can not increase my dosage. My question is will 100mg/wk be sufficient while on T3? Thank you...

    What is your planned dosage of T3? I think 100mg of test per week will be enough to keep the body anabolic during t3 use, that is if you don't go overboard with the t3 dosage. I personally wouldn't go above 75mcg t3 per day on that dose of test. If your diet is in check (make sure you protein intake is high) then 75mcg t3 will be plenty to get your metabolism running strong and the fat should melt off. I have used 25mcg t3 in the past and even that small of a dose sped my metabolism up quite a bit.

Because of this, some say that by eating sufficient levels of protein, one should be able to avoid major muscle loss from the compound. I think they also mentioned that one shouldn't go over 100mcg unless on a sufficient level of gear, but at lower dosages it may be alright for your situation.

    Thank you! I will top out at 75mcg just to play it safe then until I can increase my test dosage. I appreciate your time! My current diet is about 300g/day of protein I am around 195#...that should suffice ... correct?

    This is true! Anything that increase BMR also increases protein synthesis to a certain extent.

    So is 100mcg safe at 100mg of test per week at 300g of protein per day?

    Unfortunately only one way to find out. Just start at a low dose and inch your way up to the 100mcg...you should be able to tell how your body reacts.
