12.5 stane every other day or every day?

Hi,

Planning on a 12 week test e and 8 week anavar cycle...

First I was going to use 12.5 stane every other day, but now I am also going to be using hcg at 500ius per week for all 12 weeks.

So because of this wud u recommend upping the dose to 12.5 everyday? If so, cud I just do 25 every other?

i have taken 10mg ED and 5mg ED.. the 5mg ED worked the same for me as the 10mg ED effectivness wise, but it depends on the person. if you are fat or have ANY man tit formation, you will probably need more.. my bodyfat doesn't go above 10% usually, so i need a lot less

i mean 10mg ED and 5mg ED, and you just have to experiment with it to find what works for you. start at a higher does (10mg ED) and play with it. if you start to get some sides, up it a little bit until they go away. if you don't get any sides, lower it until you do and the up it slightly again.

All of it... My cycle looks like this

Weeks 1-12 test e 400mg
Weeks 1-8 anavar 70mg
Weeks 1-12 hcg 500iu

Then clomid and nolva for pct, although I have extra nolva incase my boobies start to itch...

By time of my cycle I think il prob b between 12-14%bf so swayin towards the stane for bloat n boobs.

bro if you have man boobs in the 1st place you better not be using aas.that means bf% is to high.

This is all about finding out what works best for you, you need to experiment a little to get best results. Remember your not trying to kill your estrogen levels as estrogen is very important and needed to build new muscle tissue...

Its all about keeping your estrogen in check and harmony with your test levels, Start with a low dose and work up to a higher dose if needed...

Matt, would 12.5 mg/eod be a good start to control estrogen sides? Do the pills come in 25 mg, and then you just split it in half? Never seen the aromasin pills, and have been planning my first test e cycle.

Cheers guys, the only problem is tho I dmt know whether to buy 1 or 2 bottles. 12.5 every other wud do me 1 but if I need more I'd have to reorder

What sorts of sides come with Estrogen levels being too low? I have heard dizzyness is one? What else should this user look for to gauge his stane dosages? I think that it is a really good idea to be on aromasin - especially because it is compatible with Nolva just in case.

I plan on running 12.5mg Aromasin EOD during my cycle. If this doesn't do the trick I also have letro on hand.

Decided.... 12.5 every other, if not enough, il just up the dose and get another bottle as I only have one.

Imo this would be a good starting point, you could run it at 12.5mgs ed if your still getting adverse erse's...

Ive never used the pills but if they are dose at 25mgs then yes break them in half...

Lack of energy and lack of libido are just two that can indicate low estrogen
