Hi to all this is my first post but ive been reading the forum for a while now im not gunna pin for about another month doing cardio to get rid of some fat and so im super fit before i pin. anyways this is my game plan i wanna do::haha:
(CYCLE 1)
weeks 1-12 Test E (500mg per week ) inj
weeks 1-8 Dbol ( 30mg per day) oral
14 day break then pct
Clomid for 30 days
+ ill have Letrozole handy in case i run into problems
Does that look ok?
how long do I have to wait till cycle 2 after pct?

Doesn;t look bad. Pretty basic first cycle. I'd hit the cardio hard prior if you wanna drop some LBs first. Are you having trouble gaining naturally and is your diet in order? We all know it's not a magic solution thats going to add tons of muscle that are keep-able, unless things are in order on the diet side. Also i personally wouldn;t run the dbol 8 weeks. I'd stick to maybe 4 week (5 max) and up it a little. Unless you're real prone to sides a simple test cycle chouldn;t require letro but i guess better safe than sorry (although i think it's overkill). Nolva, or a-dex would be sufficient.
for second question, wait however long you were on AFTER PCT is over (so on 12 weeks, 2 weeks till u start PCT, plus about 1 month PCT) = 15 weeks to wait when everything is all done
diet is fine im gaining quite good at the moment but my goals are quite high so I wanna give a big boost to help. I might drop the letro then just been reading up on it and cut dbol to 4 weeks 40mg per day .

So do i use nova on cycle or just have it there incase i run into problems?
and if i use nova on cycle can i also use it for pct (to save money) ?

Well if this is your 1st cycle you need run only test.That way if you have any reactions you know wat its from.Also you dont need 500mg test 300 1st time will blow you up.And stay at that dose until you dont gain.You wont need letro.To strong.Use Adex or aromasin.See Swiftos grow into your dose.You will waste a lot of money shootin 500 when you will get the same results with 300.Good luck bro.

Like everyone is saying, not necessary to run 500, 300 is enough. Dbol for 4 weeks at 50mg, I had severe bloating and stomach cramps from dbol so I dropped the dosage and ended it early, every one is different though. Probably better to use something like adex while on cycle.
