Thumbs down This stomach virus, or whatever I got is ridiculous! Messing up my first cycle...

So Monday around 2pm, I eat my usual Tuna/Mayo sandwich, then followed by peanut butter and honey. Shortly after I start feeling stomach cramps, by 4:30pm (the time I leave work) it had gotten slightly worse, but I still went ahead and tried to attempt the gym. 15 minutes into my workout, I decided to hell with this and left the gym, I barely made it to my house and open my car door, threw up in my driveway. So the whole throwing up last all Monday night, on into Tuesday, and FINALLY the last time I yacked was at 11pm Tuesday night. Over 24 hours of continuous vomiting, not being able to eat, or drink anything.

Well, since I stopped vomiting (Tuesday night), I have started having diarrhea. It has actually seem to have gotten worse since Wednesday morning. Im able to control it, but it's very hard. This diarrhea is odd colored too, like a clear/yellowish-green color (not to be gross). I popped a couple of stomach relievers this morning @ 7am, so hopefully those might ease it up?

What sucks is, i'm 5 weeks into my first Test-E cycle, everything was going great, and now this BS. I haven't been able to eat much, or even workout at all.

Anyone else run into a problem like this? If so, what did you do get back on track?

i got Gastreo intitus in the week between my cycle and starting PCT.. needless to say i was in thew toilet at least 20 times a day for a about 5 or 6 days.. my weight went from 252lbs to 235lbs.. do to the dehydration.. eventually it went away and i went back up to 244. (which is good considering i was coming off the juice anyways.. you will get back to where you were once you kick the sickness.. one week will not ruin your cycle.. just get back on top of it once you are better

I was thinking it could have been the tuna, but food poisoning typically takes 6 to 24 hours to kick in. I made spaghetti the night before, the same way i always do (with lean meat), and I always cook the meat to "well". So I honestly don't have a clue what it could have been. I eat so much, its hard to narrow down the culprit.

The average time for food poisoning to kick in is 6-24 hrs (roughly) but it depends on your metabolism, since your on a cycle I would guess your eating right and that your in shape so it prob. digested faster than most unathletic (my term for those who don't exercise) people. Best way to guess your digestion process is eat corn along with your normal meal and see when you see the kernals, thats basically your digestion time from start to finish (on a normal occasion)
