How many of you guys switch to 2 a days while on cycle? or how many of you hit everything twice a week while on cycle?
I haven't done that in years.
Once a week hard, on cycle or not, seems to work best for me.
I'm splitting cardio and weights same day 2 different sessions, only because I am cutting hard, going to see how that works on up coming test cycle also, but will change and add one more day of rest..you have to plan for harder workouts bc the juice will bump strength considerably which means heavier weight more intense lifts...but on other hand also makes you recover bit faster...try 2 if your cutting, bulking...forget about 2 way to many calories being burned INMO.GOODLUCK
Workouts remain pretty much the same on or off.
When "on" I tend to workout with moderately increased volume and intensity.
I never do two-a-days but sometimes i'll do something like this.....
monday: chest/bis - 3 or 4 days later I might hit one or two sets of a press for my chest. It semed to really work to help bring up my development. My chest sucks.....
