Please analyze results of my blooodwork

4 months post cycle and still experiencing ed...cialis doesnt help...no libido at all

total test level came back at 511 normal range 250 to 1100
free test came back at 72.1 normal range 35 to 155
SHBG came back at 45 normal range 8 to 48


my prolactin came back at LESS THAN 1.....normal level 2 to 18


have an appt next week with an endo...can low prolactin be my issue

Usually low prolactin goes hand in hand with low test.
Have you had your estrogen levels checked?

Yeah your prolactin is definitely low and this might be one of the reason your having an ED issue. IMHO your total and free test looks fine and I wouldn't call it low, its more like in the mid-range.

my libido is NILL..thats rare for me

Prolactin levels can vary greatly even from hour to hour.
You can´t determine low prolactin levels from 1 BW.

Im hopin the endo agrees its a low test isssue and gives me some advice on how to kickstart it

500 would make me feel like a lifeless eunich. Definitely would have no libido either. I need about 800 to feel it. So 500 can be super low for some guys.

I was at 400 for about 10 years and a 6 week course of clomid kicked me to 800 pretty much permenantly.

i agree with this guy not all of us are the same 500 is considered pretty mid range but that wont cut it for all guys
