i have been training for 8 years im 26 5,11 im 186 at 14% bf i want to get to around 200 or 205 at 9%bf or 8 this will be my 3rd cycle first 2 were test e at 500mg a week and anadrol 50 for first 4 weeks 50 mg a day.
this time i plan on running a 12 week cycle test Enanthate 750 mg a week, hcg 500 iu a week for whole cycle and clen with my pct. pct will be 4 weeks of nolva 40,40,40,40 and clomid 100, 100, 50, 50. i will inject 2 times a week monday and thursday also same days with hcg.
my question is what else can i add to gain some lean muscle and some more strength like i said i have only used test befor what would be a good choice i would really appreciate any advice to help me reach my goal. also if what i have planned so far is good or should i change something around
