Oil seeps out after glute pins

I'm on week 5 of a 12 week test cypionate first cycle. I have been pinning quads, and just started rotating glutes in.

When I've done glutes, a few drops of oil comes out after I remove the needle. I haven't had this problem at all with my quads. Just insert, aspirate, inject, and remove and if anything comes out its a tiny drop or two of blood. Not the case with the glutes, some oil immediately comes out.

Is there anything I can do to prevent this? I even tried pulling the skin to the side during the pin and injection, and it didn't seem to work at all.

    Thanks everybody.

try leaving the pin in for a little bit instead of pull it out immediately

I have tried the z track myself on glutes but always have a great deal of trouble pulling the skin and fat to the side while I am pinning. What I have done is a modified z track called the FFM track ( Oh Christ!) where right after I remove the pin then I pull the skin to the side and wait another 15 seconds then relax it.

I agree with Chi though if you simply wait a while after pushing home the plunger it usually makes all the difference.

How about using the z track injection method? I think if you are lying on your bed or something while injecting you could do it if you are flexible enough. I'm not that flexible. I inject like normal (23g or 25g) and then pull the skin as if I were going to do a z track injection so the oil doesn't seep out the hole.

A min or so of that and then rubbing the oil into the glute seems to work pretty OK. I use one of those stick massagers. A foam roller would probably do the trick, too.

What gauge needle are you using?

    Thumbs up

FFM beat me. I was too slow. I will call it the FFM method from now on!

Yeah that's what its called, z track. That's what I tried today that didn't seem to help, but like you said it is difficult to do when you are trying to twist around.

The FFM method is gonna get a chance on Wednesday! Lol thanks bro, I like that idea.

Just barely beat you to it lol, I hadn't thought about trying something like that.

    I am using a 23 g 1.5" on glutes and a 25 1" on quads.

Yeah, give it a try. Also, give a good attempt at pulling straight out after the injection. Twisted in that position and injecting slowly naturally has you wanting to rush things when you are done with the injection.

True story man, I can't get out of that position quick enough lol. Maybe another reason it happens with glutes and not quads, my quad pins are always very slow and deliberate. They are also way easier to go straight in and straight out without moving the pin.

Pinch your skin before sticking to uneven the hole when needle comes out.

If you have tried the Z track method and its still leaking then your not doing the method correctly. Try using another easier site to inject and do the Z track properly

I agree 100% the z track is the mac daddy of no leak injection techniques, only trouble is try as I do I am too damn uncoordinated to pull it off on glutes.

From the soreness I am feeling today, I am thinking that I must have done a pretty poor job. I probably let some of the skin slide back, which made the hole bigger and more uncomfortable. I will try it on my quads this week to get used to it. Thanks for the advise.

That's what I am thinking too, I'll give it another shot though no pun intended. Practice makes perfect, or an extra sore a** lol. We will see.

Do a search on z track injecting method. Hold the needle Post injection for 10 seconds. This will resolve any issues.
