I hv been reading on this for about 8 months now and am ready to move to the next step.
second time doing a cycle
FIRST time stacking
Lost 15 lbs in the last 3 weeks naturally
was recommended this sched , plz whats your thoughts on this regiment
and any thoughts on products to counter act any poss side effects
I hv a 100mg/ml vile of Tren
and a 250mg/ml vile of Sus
was told to 1/2 cc every other day of tren
1 cc of sus mond and thurs
(is this to much ?? any other recommendations)
my goal is to gain strength and tone up (loose extra fat)
I am not trying to look like the hulk but I hv noticed my arms getting bigger
naturally

228 Lbs (was 247 recently)
goal of (200-210)
33 yrs old
I do cardio every other day (punching bag/bike riding)
reg wieght workouts on the opposite days (atleast an hour)
