So. I'm just gonna tell you all what I want to do. I read through the profiles and just don't understand at all what to do. I'm looking to gain muscle and burn some fat. I'm currently 185 pounds and I have a bodyfat percent of 12.5%. By the end of summer I want to be anywhere from 215-250 pounds and I want my body fat reduced significantly. What do I need need to take to achieve these goals? What should I take with it? Where could I get these items? How much and how should I exercise? When would I need to start if I wanted them out of my system by mid-August? If I missed any vital questions on what I need to know please tell me. I'm really new to this.
