    Exclamation Help For The New Guy!

    So. I'm just gonna tell you all what I want to do. I read through the profiles and just don't understand at all what to do. I'm looking to gain muscle and burn some fat. I'm currently 185 pounds and I have a bodyfat percent of 12.5%. By the end of summer I want to be anywhere from 215-250 pounds and I want my body fat reduced significantly. What do I need need to take to achieve these goals? What should I take with it? Where could I get these items? How much and how should I exercise? When would I need to start if I wanted them out of my system by mid-August? If I missed any vital questions on what I need to know please tell me. I'm really new to this.

    your not allowed to ask source related questions its against the rules, if you wanna cut fat hit the cardio hard and i was advised to do a test e only cycle for 12 weeks @ 300mg per week.

    I'm a beginner like you but before you dive into the deep end its really important to research because these are some powerfull hormones

    How old are you? And realize that if you want this as a hobby look at the long term and set obtainable goals,it sounds like you want to put on 40-50 pounds of muscle which is fine BUT by August nope.

    It is pretty much an impossibility to achieve all your goals in a matter of 6 months.... Adding 40-50 lbs of lean mass while dropping bodyfat is unheard of. I dont get why everyone comes on here thinking AS will somehow defy the laws of nature and enable them to add substantial amounts of mass while lowering body fat. True you can gain mass and lose some BF but your gains will not be nearly what you are setting your goals at (and vise versa you can lose bf while maintaining or possibly gaining small amounts of LBM) but all are going to revolve around diet...


    also unless you're using suspension nothing you use this summer will be out of your system by august.
