interesting question, hope this doesn't sound redundant...

You have a baseline test level of 550 ng/ml. You take a test cycle 500mg a week for 10 weeks and now your test levels are up to 1,500-2,000 ng/ml range. After a successful pct, you return to your test base level of 550 ng/ml, but if you stay at that level can (that 550 ng/ml) maintain the new muscle you created, or are you bound to lose some muscle anyways no matter what or how good your pct is?

It depends on Diet, exercise, genetics etc.

If it's your first cycle and depending on you current body condition you can maintain and continue to grow as well as people who have never taken a cycle can grow and surpass you if your diet is not in check and exercise routine.

If it's your xxx cycle and you have reached your bodies genetic limitations no, no matter what you do you will shrink back to your genetic limitations eventually.

99% of the time your genetic limitations are a LOT higher than you think. It's 99% time your diet and exercise that is not adequate.
