    About to start first cycle.

    Hey guys, I just wanted to update you and sure up my first cycle before I start. As my earlier post said, I am 26 been training off and on for 10+ years. I have been cutting for the last few months and I am now down to 15% body fat and i am at 207 now. For my First cycle I am going to do Prop and Var. I am waiting for my PCT to arrive be fore I start, but here is the gear I have or will have.
    3000 mg prop
    2000 mg var
    UDCA for my liver
    liquidex, Liquid Clomid and Liquid Tamox and I have Letro in case of gyno.

    I was thinking of doing 100mg prop eod and then after week 1 add in the var 40mg ED while taking L-dex for my AI
    for my PCT I will use the Clomid and Tamox

    How does this sound?

    should really keep it simple and go with prop only (actually e or c would be better because of less frequent pinning ) but if your gonna do the var i would add it the last 6 weeks of the cycle.
    how long you plan on going with this cycle and what is your pct doses and for how longand pct start time

    Seeing that you have been cutting for a few weeks I don't see any huge advantage for you using 2 compounds in your first cycle, the cutting will set you up to make great gains once you start the cycle and to be honest the prop will be adequate if your diet is in order. Personally I wouldn't use letro on cycle I would go for a-dex or aromasin and I would stick with prop only and save the var for the next

    I was planning on doing it 9 week with the prop 8 weeks with the far or I could increase the var dosage and shorten it up.
    For PCT I was going to start 3 days after finishing up the cycle, I am working on what dosage I want to do, any suggestions? Also HCG , is that something that my supplier should be able to get?

    I was going to use l-dex on the cycle and I already have letro in case I get gyno

    im with marcus on this one as i also mentioned var wasnt needed yet and i would think marcus is correct on the rebound your body will have after cutting gains should be kick ass. reconsider running prop only.

    I will go with Prop only for the first cycle, the var is good for a couple of years according to the package, that being said what should be the protocal for PCT? Are there any other suppliments that you guys think I should take while I am on gear, or just in general?

    Pct would be 3 days after last pin
    Clomid 100/100/50/50
    Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
    L-dex at .25 Ed or .50 eod if needed
    Cycle is g2g might want to post diet for final tweak before you go

    Thanks MBMETC! As far as other supplements are concerned should I be taking anything else? I have a good liquid multi, Liquid Calcium and Some liquid Omega 3,6,9 with flax seed in it. Is there anything else I should be taking, especially while I am on a cycle?

    Very good protocol, this should work perfect, good luck with the first cycle. Also UDCA is great for liver support.

    Hey Guys, I wanted to switch up my routine a little and wanted to know what you guys think. I still plan on doing Cardio in the am and I am debating on doing a 3 day split to work out my muscle twice a week or should I do I focus on one muscle group a day and kill it? Which one do you think works better?
