    Steroids for basketball player looking to increase vert

    Im a 6'3 basketball player and weigh abot 185. i looking for oral cycles that wuld help with explosiveness and vertical jump. any weight gans wuld be ok but i dont wana get like to huge because the whole reason id wana do that is to be faster and jumping higher.

    21, ive been playing basketball since i was three and am a college player. and now it seems most the training i do doesnt seem to yield many results, like im rlly just needn to add more lean muscle mass. and iv never taken any steroids before

    I still wouldn't touch AAS...A little too young. I started when I was 18 and was very lucky I didn't mess myself up bad. I used to play ball back in high school before I destroyed my leg doing it...Have you ever tried Air Alert's vertical jump workout program? That program got me jamming at only 5'11" and white haha

    You need a few years of hard training under your belt before even considering taking any kind of anabolic support, people who jump on a cycle to soon without having some quality years under their belt usually results in injuries, it takes time to develop your connective tissue, tendons and nervous system to heavy overload training. Slowly getting your own system use to these kinds of extreme's will only help in muscle growth later on when you do decide to start taking AAS.

    Build a solid foundation for muscle tissue to grow and maintaining and development will be far greater than without it. Many younger guys will start cycling before they have reached their genetic potential which is crazy when a good solid diet and training program will be far beneficial and productive to muscle building.

    Workouts should be mainly focused on basic movements with a priority of over loading the muscle each and ever time you train, increasing your strength and ability to lift in proper form will help with building the foundation for future development


    DIET
    A lot of younger bodybuilders don't know how to eat. Researching and understanding how your own body responds will help you get to your natural limit, the right food at the right time and a full understanding of proteins,carbs, and fats will only help you succeed in achieving your natural goals. Keeping a diet diary will also help you understand the importance of macro, nutrients, calories and should help you see in which areas you could be going wrong in adding lean muscle tissue.

    No matter how much anabolic support you have it will be worthless without proper nutrition, food will help build and maintain your valued muscle weather its natural, cycling or in PCT. Adjusting your food intake and consuming muscle building foods coupled with a solid training program will help you achieve your natural limit and foundation before you start AAS use.

    This area is a huge problem with the younger guys and I can't express enough how important diet/food is when first starting out, post and pre training nutrition are very important and understanding how to load and feed the body will help push growth and create a very natural anabolic environment.

    ok, can you recomend any cycles for lean muscle mass gain though. i needa get a little bit bigger too

    Yeah man. 900mg of proper diet and training. At 6'3" and only 185 you're thin bro. That means something is off most likely your diet. Check out the diet section and check out some of the examples and compare it to what you eat on a daily basis. I'm quite sure you'll find you are not eating enough.

    ^^^This. steroids won't help you if you do not have your diet down properly.. do some research in the diet section.. give that a shot for a few months, i guarantee you will like the results

    no, believe me me diets fine, i eat soo much food everyday i just have like a unnaturally high metabolism

    Then, like me, you have to eat an abnormal amount of food to grow. Even when I'm on juice, I eat a ton more than most of my buddies on it and still gain at the same speed as them...maybe even a little slower. And it's not just about eating food...The key is eating the RIGHT food

    alrite, like iv done that and its kinda plateaued off is why im looking to juice. like iv ate a jar of peanut butter and a gallon of milk before bed each nght for 3wks and i literally gained no weight

    A jar of peanut butter and a gallon of milk before bed is enough said. Just look at the diet section my friend. I know you want me to tell you the AAS is the way to go, but it's just not. In fact, if your diet is garbage AAS will do NOTHING for you except put on a bunch of water weight which will disappear after you come off.

    **Edit** I mean you're obviously going to do whatever you want to do, however, you're not going to find many people on this board who will tell you to turn to AAS. So if you want to go that route, then I suggest you start researching on your own. Maybe then you'll find out the very dark side of anabolic use at your age especially if you don't know what you're doing.

    agree with above again.. just look in the diet section.. steroids will do nothing for you.. it is not about quantity of food it is about types and timing of eating it
