    A simple Clen question

    Okay I've been on it for almost a month now, great results, haven't decreased much weight but lost a lot of body fat, more vascular, more cuts. I wanted to add T3, I didnt know if I should take some time off clen, like 2 weeks, and start back up with T3? Or just continue taking Clen and T3 (BTW ive been using Keto so I have been on clen almost a month straight) I know being on clen long time is dangerous to your heart. Any suggestion?

    edit: Forgot to add, some people been saying maybe just take a mild AAS and just take T3, Only thing is I'm still young and dont have much experience with AAS even a mild one, and know much about PCT, so I would rather just add it to Clen and take on whatever catabolic affect hits me

    what were your stats (just body fat, weight) before you started the clen? what are they now?

    t3 is an unnecessary risk in my opinion.. it messes with your thyroid.. and a buddy of mine did a 6 week cycle of that once and was even fatter after he came off.. turned out he fvcked up his thyroid.. i wont touch the stuff.. if the clen is working than stick to it.. just don't run longer than 6 weeks at a time.

    by bad forgot to add stats

    height : 5'10
    weight: 200-202(fluctuate)
    fat %- 16% estimate

    I started dieting on xmas, was around 218(coming off horrible eating) ... I got my diet straight, did low carb (had great results with this in past) I then started continue dieting and started clen on Feb 7, I was about 207 when I started clen. I haven't noticed much weight lost on clen, but easily can tell body fat decreasing and more vasculature

    how long do breaks need to be between clen before starting a new cycle, I had trouble finding this info using search

    at least two weeks.. but i have read before 6 on then 4 off then 6 on before too.. the info out there is very unclear. but i would say 4 weeks off to be on the safe side

    ^^ hmm something to do in meantime .. ECA probably, question though I heard people saying ECA and clen work on same beta receptors, if this is true, would it be bad to take ECA when coming off clen?
