Bro’s, I’m working on a cycle for next spring. This will be my second; the first was eq/winny with great results. I’ve done the research and think this makes sense however....any comments or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Body Fat: 14% (should be around 12% when I start cycle)
Goals:
Gain 15lbs +/- lean muscle. Strength gains and quality more important than mass.

Cranberry juice: wks 6-13.
Milk thistle: 1,000mg/ed wks 7-14.
Nolvadex: 30 – 10mg tabs on hand.
Here are a couple of questions:
1. Is there any difference in effectiveness of winny tabs vs liquid; assuming both are taken orally?
2. Do I need arimidex or liquidex?
