    how and when for clen

    Is it better to take the clen in one big dose or I've heard of people splitting it half in the morning and half preworkout. Just wondering when during the day it is best to take and if its better at a full dose once a day rather than a split dose.

    You need to build yourself to a full dose. Read the clen handbook which is a sticky on this site.

    No reason to split dosages since the half life is 36 hours.

    i split the dose up when i got too 100 mcgs just too fckin strong for it all in one dose

    Alrite thanks. Is it better to take in the morning wen I get up or in the evening before the gym?

    clen is tricky.. sum ppl cant handle the shakes when you train.. i find it distracting. i get really bad skakes for the 1st 2 hrs. i find it easier to spilt up my doses if i do morning cardio. i take most of it in the am. but thats wat wrks for me. i truly believe that as great as these drugs wrk.. if you can preform your best, your better off doin it naturally.

    take everything you read in. and try w/e you feel might wrk for you and dnt be afraid to try different way.

    every cycle should be customized to what wrks best for that person

    you should take it in the moring first thing so it dont fck with you trying too g o too sleep at nite

    i pop 160mcg in the morning.. i did the whole build up thing but i think you only need to do that when you first try it.. also i feel that if you take it to late in the day you will never get any sleep.. my shakes are minimal, but i do get them a bit.. that is just me though.. my buddy who is 6'4" 300lbs tried 60mcg and he freaked out.. sweats shaking etc.. everyone is different reaction to the stuff so start at 40mcg and add 20 mcg ED till you get to 120mcg.. then stay there... don't recommend my type of doses until you have done it before

    I've always split it up. For me (when i got a little farther into it the initial shakes and feeling from it weren;t all that desirable, I found when i split the higher doses into 2 doses it didn;t bother me as much. As everyone said to each his own though. There's no concrete way to do these things gotta see what feels and works right for you.
