    Not enough protien and on Juice

    Lets say your coming in at 210 pounds, and on a cycle of Prop/EQ.

    In the event that you dont make that 210 grams of protien a day mark for a couple of days in a row, does your body turn catabolic - or does it just not grow any further?

    I mean, lets say you put down only 100 grams of protien for a day or two, are you going to lose muscle/stay the same or what? What do you guys think?

    I dunno man but I would not let that happen as often as possible on a cycle. Sometimes circumstances get the better of even the most thought out plans. Not getting enough protien is the thing I'm second most paranoid about when on. The first is sprouting a nice rack.

    lol. My cycle concerns are:

    1) Gyno
    2) Protien
    3) Not enuf intensity
    4) Hitting nerve when injecting (happened before, ouch)
    5) Back/Chest Acne
    6) Losing my gains post cycle

    You should be getting at least 300-350g of protein a day.

    You won't turn catabolic but you won't maximize nitrogen uptake either.

    350 grams of protien is too much 200 grams is more than enough

    Everyone's body is different and will be able to process a different amount of protein and more importantly will be able to utilize a different amount of that protein. You have to test around and see what works. Start off with say .8g/lb and every week keep adding until you notice you feel fat accumulating or you just feel like crap. Diet is a funny thing if you are not getting enough carbs/fat then all the protein will be used as energy anyway. You have to get the other macro's right too.

    From what I've read a protein intake of 1.5g/kg of lean body mass will exceed 95% of people's ability to store AA's in either muscle or as fat.

    Remember that muscle is 90% to 60% water and 1lb of muscle only has 45 to 182g of protein. Protein is definitely important but it is not like your body needs massive quantities to grow.

    I take anywhere from 250-350 grams per day when I'm on.
