high RBC count

just had surgery cancelled because my RBC count was high.ive been on trt through the doc for about 1.5yrs and we both knew the my RBC was high but it didnt seem to be an issue with him.ive heard i can lower it by giving blood but whats the pros advice on this situation.

Yes give blood and that will cure your high RBC. Ive had it a few time while on cycle but never not on hrt. What dose is your hrt?

ok i just came off a cycle 3weeks ago crusing at 200mg test e ew.ive done 2cycles while on trt and been on gh for 4months. must not have been enough time off for it to lower.how often do you have to "give"to keep things stabilized.

Just coming off cycle and cruising on 200 is your problem.

RBC's last about 120 days I believe..... so the only way to immediately lower it is through donation. Get some Flush-free niacin and start that. My fathers doc approved it and it's helping.

How does the B3 vitamin work for lowerinb RBC count..? Wikipedia says that Vitamin B3 deficiency can cause low rbc count, and taking vitamin b3 increases rbc count..?
