Im going to start clen/t3 together two weeks on and two off, I heard its best to split up the dosages A.M. & P.M. but my question is how many mcgs should I take of both all together???

Where did you hear to split the doses twice a day? Also the T3 doesn't need to be cycled 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off instead you can just pyramid the dose. Be careful with that clen, I get horrible sides from it but on the flip side I`m trying out some T3 and actually feel great.
On another forum site they would say split the dose A.M.-P.M. for both and for some reason it helps from getting the side effects? That's why i usually go with answers from this forum.Quote:

Alright well what do you recommend for the dosage on the clen? And for the t3? Im running a 12 week cycle.
With T3 Cytomel it's extremely important that the doses are tapered on and off and that a cycle never exceeds more than 6-weeks at the most. Those who take high dosages of Cytomel over a long period of time are at risk of developing a chronic thyroid insufficiency. As a consequence, one might be forced to take thyroid medication for the rest of their life.
If you take clen at night i would imagine sleeping would be quite difficult
I've certainly read in a lot of places that 8 weeks was more then safe and I for one know of one person who have been on for years and came off and recovered within 2 monthsQuote:

I posted what my schedule will look like a bit earlier if you want to look at that. It seems fairly hard to get good advice on a Clen/T3/Keto dosage schedule but the important parts are Clen and T3 should be slowly increased and T3 slowly decreased. Keto I think is 1 mcg per day starting week 2. I also have heard many things about being careful with T3 so I would not go over 6 weeks. You should be able to cut quite a bit in 4-6 weeks using this and eating right.
