    thinking of a cycle, need feedback

    Stats: 6'3
    195lbs
    age: 25
    lean


    weeks 1-4 25mg dbol a day(mon-fri)
    weeks 6-10 50mg winny a day(mon-fri)


    does this sound like a good cycle that would lead to pretty decent gains in solid muscle? like at least 10 pounds?? also these would both be orals and i have never used roids before.

    i think this is a pretty good cycle for a begginer like me and would love feedback

    Every cycle should have a test base and every first cycle should be of test to judge the way the body reacts

    Well what does your diet look like? I'd go check the diet forum section and make sure thats in order then follow your diet for a month or so while you do further research on this topic. Its very important that you do thorough research on things you will be putting into your body

    i have, believe me my diet is perfect and i think ive read this diet section abot 1000 times haha

    yeah you just need to fix your diet, there is absolutely no reason why you should be 195 at 6,3. btw what are your maxes?

    Go to the education threads and do some reading the cycle you have planned is awful, understand what your talking and how to design a standard cycle. Education threads and profiles will help you.
