    Checkpoint leaving laredo

    What's up with the checkpoint that is just outside of leaving laredo coming from the border? What are they looking for? How often do they stop people with detailed search? Has anyone ever had problems with this checkpoint?

    Getting across the border is no problem. But what about this checkpoint? anyone have any input

    i have been to laredo many times. they are basically looking for anything suspicious. I have never been stopped before but a buddy of mine has been stopped a few times. its the luck of the draw.

    THeyre looking pretty much only for drugs, hence them circling the dogs around your car and illegal immigrants. my 2cents

    Unfortunately Laredo was featured in many muscle magazines several years back which has made it a steroid hot spot and the cops are well aware of it.
