I tried getting arimidex but couldent i have nolvadex in hand , i dont want to get gyno or to get bloat am thinking of taking 10mg every day.

is that gona work?
is it going to lower the steriods effect?

Nolvadex can effect your gains if you take all through out your cycle. If its gyno your worried about then just wait to see if you get any of the "symptoms" before you take the Nolva. I would not reccommend running it all through your cycle. It will not help out too much with the bloat but thats part of the game bro. What does your cycle look like...lay it out for us. Good luck!!

man there is something strange i dont know if its gyno or not when i press on my nipples it hurts when i take my blouse off after a while my nipples shroud and they are small but some times they look big and seems as gyno, dont know what to do:( there is no bromo or arimidex the only thing u can get is nolvadex or clomide and am usen the clomide after my last shot my cycle looks like

500test enant week 1-8
400deca week 1-8
winstrol week 6-10 everyday
primoblan 100mg week 10-12
clomide after last shot
hcg after last test shot
guys i really need help, i always help people when i can hope il get help this time.

If you think you are getting symptoms I would use it at 40 mg a day until symptoms subside. Then at 20 mg a day throughout the rest of your cycle. It won't hinder gains to much and would be preferable to gyno.

rickson said it right. if you think its gyno, better to be safe than sorry. 40 mgs a day till it goes away- then 20 mgs ED until you are done with everything.

You should run primo for more than two weeks.

Yeah, whats the reason behind running Primo at the end for 2 weeks?

I'd drop the primo save it, get some more and run a primo test cycle.

thanks guys il take 40 grams for 3 days then drop for 20 grams and il take the primo all the summer every week 100mg to keep up my gains for like 8weeks. and thanks again for your help i really apreciat it.

100mg/wk primo isn't going to do anything besides inhibit your HPTA. It is a waste to run that for 8 weeks during the summer...even as a bridge.

then whats the best to take on summer to keep my gains and keep ripped?
