Thanks for your reply,
I have a bit of muscle on me already, and i have a bit of fat covering that muscle so it doesnt really look defined.
i go to gym everyday and do a bit of jogging and ive cut out most junk foods out of my diet, but it doesnt seem to be shifting the fat, ive been tempted to take some fat burners but im a bit worried that it may result in loosing the muscle i have also.
And are HCG worth it or are they over rated / over priced ?

HCG on its own won't get you ripped. If you are thinking of the HCG diet, that is very calorie restricted and seems like you would lose muscle.
Best thing you can do is dial in your diet and get advice on cardio. You would probably benefit more in the diet section first. In the mean time, do a bunch of reading. There are stickies in all the sections that are crammed full of more info then you will get from people answering your question in this thread.
