Puffy nipples when comfortable

I'm trying to figure out why my nipples get puffy sometimes when my body gets comfortable with the atmosphere. I had gyno surgery last November with a full excision and lipo feathering so I don't think it's gyno. I also just finished cutting and made it down to 195ish at 11% from 15%. If I rub me chest once or even just touch a nipple, my skin I guess gets more tense and it looks completely normal, but that shit annoys the he'll outta me to see them puffy in the mirror. Any ideas?

I have this experience too, i think it is a sign of getting start of gyno, u should take care, bros !!!!

Yeah it sucks, I dont think it's gyno. Like I said I had surgery and there's no lumps other than some leftover scar tissue which is slowly going away.
