20 week cycle
I've been on short and long cycles and I got the idea that the longer cycles gave me far better results in keeping the shape and strength I got on cycle.
A friend of mine been on 500mg test E for 6 months and also concluded that his results were better than when he was on 1000mg test E for 10 weeks...
I'm on TRT so recovery shouldn't be an issue in being ON for this long.
Im about 6 feet at 250 lbs with 14% fat.
Goals:
-gaining about 10 lbs lean mass
-losing about 5% fat
-gaining a lot of strength
So here's my proposal for 20 weeks:
500mg test e EW
600mg mast e EW
200mg deca EW
500iu hcg EW
Test and deca for the anabolic base (deca also for tendon health) and masteron for the dry look and strength.

Well even though your on trt I don't think I would push mast or deca to twenty weeks.
Do you plan on running hcg at all
5% bf reduction I think is unrealistic, this will be a diet related goal rather than a steroid related goal.
I think if you read Marcus threads on short burst cycles and on priming for the blast you might change your mind on short cycles.
Please give those a read fbefore you make your decision

I found with long cycles it's best to do a few weeks heavy weights then a few weeks high reps then repeat.
This way your body will get a break every few weeks.
I like for high reps- half as many sets as you normally do and twice the reps.

No offence, but I really only want info about long cycles like the one I suggested.
I'm familliar with burst cycles and found that longer cycles give me more quility mass, shape and especially strenght. Also cramming up the carbs with priming is nothing for me. I gives me a lot of fat and bloat.
I really don't see how I cannot lose 4% fat in 20 weeks. I always lose fat while gaining muscle since I'm on a low carb diet, so I think it's nearly impossible to not lose that 4% the way I'm eating :P

You should be able to hit all your goals, the fat lose will strictly be diet.
