tricept injections?

did my first bicept inject yesterday. alittle sore, but im sure that will go away in a day or two. any one ever hit their tricept?? may want to try that next time. how hard is it to do, and how do you hit them?? thanks

tricep is about the same as doing a bicep. what size pin are you using. I use a 25g 5/8 inch pin for tri's and bi's. anything bigger than that is too thick and could lead to a build up of scare tissue. try this site it might answer a few of you ?'s. www.spotinjections.com

hey poppa, thanks i used my 1 1/2 23 gauge darts. i only went in about 3/4 of a inch. allitle sore, but i worked bis last night. how many shot do you think i can get away with without scaring?? thanks bro

you should be able to get away with using 23g without a buildup of scare tissue. Its alot easier to use 25g as far as the pain goes.
