For those of you with Joint, ligament and tendon problems.
I have horrible shoulder problems (football injury), bad knees (genetic), and I case of golfer elbow. I have found a supplements regime that has worked amazingly well for my self and other who I have recommend this to. My shoulders no longer hurt at all, my knees are much better and I would say my elbow is about 90%.
Nutrasea High potency Fish oil - 8 tabs a day split into two doses
Allmax allflex - 2 pills twice daily
Vitamin c - 1000mg 3 times daily
Vitamin D - 2000 iu 2 times daily
Its alot of supplementation I know but well work it so far! great results.

I had Lyme for about 9 months a few years ago, That was the single worse all body joint pain ever so anyone who has to deal with joint pain forever I feel sorry for.

i broke the joint where my arm attaches to my right collar bone and never went to the doctor and it healed incorrectly.. sometimes it is unbearable and sometimes it doesn't hurt at all.
i will give this protocol a try though..

Its your acromioclavicular joint and your crazy for not going to the doc when that happend! lol it attaches your scapula to your clavicle bone and it would almost be like knocking over a support beam in a house! lol very important joint! thats has to have done some kind of damage have you had it looked at since?

If it didnt heal properly then it could very easily break again...keep an eye on that.
