Take one as you would use one off cycle, whats more important is your preworkout meal
cycling really shouldn't affect weather you take pre workouts or not. Keep your same routine that you used before, if you used them off gear use them on gear. if you supp with creatine off gear supp with it on gear, the only thing that should change in your supplements is possibly liver support or blood pressure support.
ive noticed that while on cycle pre workout supps dont work quite as well for me... so ill do caffine for pre or take some AAKG or 4000 mg of arginine before i workout.
agreed, well said RAZR
The most important thing is a POST workout meal, for preworkout use whatever gets you going. I dont use anything while on because I'm already motivated and pumped enough because I'm on gear
complex carbs and good biological valued protiens..for me work fine. oats and whey is a cheap easy,,but whey is fast...but still works if ur on a cheap status lol... i like read meats with oats and bcaas just my 2 cents
i take some 1,3-dimethylamylamine, arginine and beta alanine and im good to go.
also, pre-workout meal is important..but it is more important to have your entire diet in check.
I like to save my pre workout drinks for pct and after. Unless I feel like i am really dragging ass. I just like to use every tool possible for pct, and when you have not used your pre workout drink in a while it seems to hit you a lot harder.
Thanks for all the responses, Helping me out a lot.
