Test p vs test e
I'm in week one of tp my first cycle. I only have enough for 2.5 weeks. My boy is trying to get me to step up to test e. Opinion?

You should have your entire cycle, including PCT on hand before you ever start. You are playing dangerous games with your health.

test prop is a stronger form of test compared to test e. test prop has less ester weight your getting about 82 to 84mg out of a 100mg with test e I think its around 74.

I did the quad once never again. So far I don't mind the shoulders. I don't know if I can handle 14 weeks.

a whole locker huh? I would get everything, including PCT, to last through the duration of your cycle.

Age 35 height 6 ft weight pre cycle weight 212 bf 12-14. Been lifting since 1989. Chest 50 waist 36. Just not ripped.

What exactly are you trying accomplish/goals? And what exactly are you running, mg a week?

400 mg a week test prop 100. Goal leaner harder muscles if I gain any mass I'm ok with that but not a goal.
Razr I have one person in life I trust and he provides my gear and makes suggestions based on my goals. not like I rolled up to some big dude in the gym and asked if he could hook me up.

Its inevitable if your training and diet is in check you will gain mass. How many times are you pinning a week?

Training is good. I get plenty of protein but I'm not sure how to work calories, fat, and carbs I'm kinda playing that as I go. All I know is I'm super hungry all the time. Pinning 4x a week 1ml per.

Hey didnt mean any offense I was just saying that you should really look at mroe research before Injecting things in your body whether you trust your source or not you cant beat your own knowledge

It's all good a lot of people on here talk down to people like they were perfect their first time. I'm 35 I have a job and things to loose. I have read so much and took so many notes its silly. I started planning this in dec and just started. I just like droping topics and seeing what people say. Not like I can bring it up at work ya kno.

Yeah to get some awesome gains I would get your diet in check since your gonna be hungry quite a bit. Your gains will be more solid and would lean up as well.

I'm so pumped to see what happens in the next week. I'm 90% all in now and I'm taking a picture daily. When the results start to show I will be balls to the wall. I might even get out the ab ripper X

Take measurements, weigh ins, and keep strength gains noted. Ive done then pics eveyday and couldnt see the difference till the end but on paper my gains were thru the roof and thats what kept me motivated. Just a thought id throw out there
