Perfect Anti-e and PCT for this cycle?

since i didn't get any help whatsoever on the PCT forum, i'll post it here....

First cycle,
5'11
180 lbs
15% body fat
looking to bulk while still cutting body fat but that shouldn't be much of a problem since I include lots of cardio in my training...what would be the perfect anti-e and PCT plan for this cycle?

weeks 1-12: 500 mg Test e
weeks 1-6 : 25 mg/day Dbol

I was leaning towards aromasin for my anti-e and novaldex and maybe another compound for PCT. This is open for change though....advice is appreciated!

Have nolva on hand to prevent estrogen if you need it then do a pct like this:
clomid:100/50/50/50
nolva: 40/20/20/20
works great for me

You need to learn how to eat, im 5'10 and can easily reach 210lbs with diet only......

If your going to run an ai run your aromasin at 12.5mgs eod to start......

If your fine then stick at that, if not the up the dose...
