    Appetite

    Week 1 test p. I'm trying to eat right but I'm so hungry all the time. Is this normal? Yesterday in ate 2lbs of turkey chilli. I put on 6 pounds this weekend.

    Yea thats normal what dosage are you using?

    definitely normal to have increased appetite...just make sure you keep it clean...not so sure about that chili lol

    I'd love any easy quick meal ideas. Turkey chilli 180g protein, 1000g cal, 115g carbs. 2 protein shakes and that's my 6 meals and 230g protein for the day.

    Well. I'll assume that you're cutting bc you're unhappy with the gained weight. I only ever try to gain weight, so I can't recommend any special meals. But I am hungry all day... I usually spend about an hour a day preparing meals for the next day. I'll mix up a shXtload of tuna salad/chicken salad/pasta with chicken/egg salad... whatever floats your boat. Cooking it all at once makes them "easy/quick meals" like you said. Its a pain in the ass cooking/preparing meals 6/7 times a day. So just prepare everything at once, and munch throughout the day.
    You should check the diet section for more info on what to eat. Like I said, I only know how to Bulk for myself. I have no idea how many calories and grams of protein/fat/carbs you need for your personal cycle.

    Oh... And I'm not sure how you are splitting up your doses. 4 shots a week? You should be injecting Propionate every other day. It should be consistant to keeps your blood levels stable. If you're injecting Mon,Wend,Fri,Sun, and then Mon again... You're Levels will be slightly off by injecting sun+monday back to back. You should just stick to every other day.
    Or are you doing that? Are you injecting 1.3333 ml at a time?

    how many cals & grams of prot are you taking in a day?

    I'm eating 1000-1500 cal and 230g pro. I'm 215lbs

    If you're trying to cut, I think you'd better checkout the diet section. Chilli doesn't seem like the best choice although, it's a tasty one!
