Pinning ?
Is there any advantages of pinning in different places?
i read some ppl do quads / delts / bum
might seam silly question but which is less painful?
because its a intra muscle injection u get the same results no matter where you pin?
i was thinking of pinning in the a*se, is that the safest place to do it ?
thanks

I tried my thigh once and man did it hurt. I may have done it wrong as was my first time pinning but my left leg was dead for a week and so sore. Anyway I've pinnined in my glute since and didnt feel a thing. No ache afterwards and no swelling

The reason most ppl rotate injection sites is to stay away from building scar tissue if possible. Any of the areas you speak of are fine as long as you are using the right guage needle/length/injection spot/amount of fluid. I personally inject in my quads as I find it easier to sit down and inject rather than reaching around to inject my glute. Be sure to use proper techniques and keep everything sterile to avoid any issues. Also be sure to have the right length needles dependent on your injection site.
Best of luck.
