when would you start the clomid. after your last tab of winny, so you would have taken your last eq inj. 3weeks ago. would that be right. And would you run eq for 10 or 15 weeks at 400mgs.

You need to take clomid:
three weeks after last eq shot
two weeks after last test200 shot
two days after last winny tab

All three requirements must be met before you take clomid. Most people coincide winny use to run through the longer esters so that clomid can start after their last winny tab.

for easier recovery you should start running clomid though out your cycle. during your cycle use a mild dose and when the anabolic is no longer causing inhabition then start your standard dose.

And what would you recommend in terms of how long you gotta wait for Sustanon? I hear the general view is 3 weeks after last shot.

As for the eq and winny, run it like this:
eq/weeks 1-10
winny/weeks 8-13
As Rickson said. start clomid immediately following your last shot of winny...day 1/300 mgs, day 2-11/100mgs, day 12-21/50mgs.
And I believe the general consensus around here for test is at least 400 mgs. I don't have any experience with test so wait until someone else chimes in...Usualsuspect

I am running test 500mgs and eq 400mgs. just haven't decided is i want to run the eq for 10 or 15weeks. With this cycle i hope to add some good qualiity muscle and drop some body f.

My friend wants tapper down at the end. Instead of doing 8 weeks straight of 750mg, he was thinking of shooting 500mg, and then 250mg for the last two weeks. Is it even worth doing this? He also thinks this will help him maintain his gains, and be able to start Clomid a week earlier. Is this possible?
