test prop injection timing?

What's the best time to take an injection of test prop? Before bed, before workout, hours before workout etc. Also I've been doin needles in the butt, but I was wondering if its less effective to do in the arm? Cause my butt is mad sore thanks guys

I find your wording quite comical...It's not going to make a huge difference when you inject. Just be consistent. Nor does it matter where you inject. A muscle is a muscle. It all gets absorbed the same way.

The best time is: WHEN YOU ARE OLD ENOUGH
