What is the average amount of cycles done in one year.

Just looking for an average number.

Two is fairly average, but depends on length of cycle, whether user is on TRT, etc.

Based on the average 10-12 week cycle, plus 4 weeks of PCT, that's basically 4 months of your year right there. Then if you follow the rule of time on+PCT = time off, you take another 4 months and that's 8 out of the year. So you could cycle twice in one year (4 months on, 4 off, 4 on) and then you would cycle once the next year (for months off, 4 on, 4 off).

But obviously there are people that do shorter cycles, and some who do much longer cycles, and so that's going to change everything.

And many vets, run short 6-8wk cycles, then run 2wks-month of pct, and go back on, or cruise at low dose test for about a month then start again. So a lot of it depends on your preferences, and the habits you develop.

to be safer no more than 2 and i like the careful rule of doubling your time off than on.
