New Here & Need My Questions Answered
Hi everyone am 24 years about 128lbs and almost 5'9 in height. I excercise on a regular basis 3x a week for about 30 -45 mins during those days but I never really see any size increase during my workouts.
I am looking to get Physically bigger and more ripped what would be a good start? & Once I Finish a bottle and see results do i have to continue taking whatever I use? I was consider D-Anabol 25 but am not sure if thats for size and rippness. I can post a photo of my body right now i just want to get physically bigger and more ripped. I'm not looking to get into body building just for cosmetic use and as well when i play pick up basketball with the fellas. Let me know what's a good start (no injections, i wont use any of that). Thank you :)
