I was planning on doing 25mg on Anvar ED, and 200 mg TEST CYP once a week.

25mg of var is worthless. 50mg is minimum I'd shoot for.

Aren't you on TRT?

25 mg ed is a waste of time, money and good gear. at your size 60 minimum and up to 100 ed.

not directed at Op but i see so many guys running Var these days with very low-almost useless dosages. i gotta think its the money factor and guys just dont/cant put out the amount of streit cash homey to run an effective dose of Var.

It depends what you need/want to accomplish.
Oxandrolone can be used to cut, to bulk (even though it is not a proper bulking steroid, with a proper diet can give good results to some) or to improve collagen synthesis.
So, what is your purpose?

You may try it for 6/8 weeks @ 60/70 mg ed.
If your diet is correct, you do not need more, imho.

Ive never tried Anvar, do you know how long before I should see reults, feel a difference? (for it to kick in the system)

hear that alot with var. BJJ, i assume you must fight that urge "not to eat" and force yourself to continue to eat clean, correct?

The problem for me was not that I wanted to eat bad instead of clean but that I did not want to eat at all.
It took me around 1 and a half hour to eat lunch and the same for dinner.
I hope for you will not experience the same problem.
