    Low dose deca and test @ 100ml each for golfers elbow

    (New to taking steroids )

    Before I start I have heard lots of peoples views on how it won't work or how it has worked for them, the fact of the matter is I have had acupuncture and osteotherapy, active release technuiqe works for the pain in my inner fore arm but have not been given any exercises on hwo to do it for the elbow itself unless it was supposed to be for that too and it didn't work, I have very low funds at this moment in time so I acn't afford much more "Therapy"

    I will be getting a cortisone shot in a week and having an MRIin 6 weeks so I wont be starting the cycle yet..

    The problem is that it is golfers elbow, the pain moves from the inner elbow to the fore arm and somtimes even behind my elbow leading to my tricep.

    I Will be having to order soon though so I have some questions..

    1. Would it be okay for me to get the stuff even if I don't intend to use it for a while, I am not sure how long the shelf life is for deca or test.

    2. What Test should I use? This is where I am unsure

    3. Do inject Deca and then the test directly after and in the same area?

    4. At 100ml shots, what kind of times should I be taking them... once every 5 days? or..?

    5. Do I take 100ml straight away and how should I come off of it? I hear that it is bad to stop cold turkey, though the dosages are 100ml?

    6. Is ther anything else that I should have on hand to take along side this even at this dosage?



    I am sorry about the number of questions, I have done research but I really would like to know from people who have done it for real and know what they are talking about instead of listening to someone down the gym who doesn't know allot about it.

    I am 27
    was training for 4 years until 6 months ago due to my elbow but it hasn't got much better since.
    im 201cm
    92kg

    I have had this on my mind to try this for a year now, so I will try it bu I want to do it properly and responsibly with help from you guys.

    You dont want to use deca and test at 100mgs each to cure your elbow when your not training, give yourself time to heal and rest it. I cant see any benefit in shutting your body down for this problem.

    I mentioned that I have been off 6 months???... lol

    Can somebody here who can read answer please, I read posts like these before..

    I will be training but very light weights indeed.

    You dont want to use 100mgs of dec and test to cure your elbow, even if you have been off 6 months or 12 months it doesnt matter, it isnt worth the shut down.

    Now you can disregard my advice and wait for someone to give you the answer you want to hear but you will regret it.

    You ask a question and get a answer and all because it isnt what you want to hear you wont listen, why on earth ask then lol

    Guess i will leave your thread and let some kid answer you who doesnt know what he is doing, take his advice best of luck you will need it.

    Why do people answer but dont explain their reasons for saying these things? I didnt ask if it was good or bad did I lol?
    I asked other questions though..No offense but I dont see the problem :/ I just want advice on other things.
    Im not just gonna go in heavy I am still going to be doing the physio exercises, And i didnt say it would cure it but hopefully atleast make it slightly better than what it is now.

    No need to get any stuff if your not going to use it,
