Injecting in quads?
Ok i usually have my buddy inject me. But due to him being tied up its time for me to get my shot. And im to big of a ***** to inject myself in the A$$. Scared of tensing up. So can i do it in my quad with out any problems. I looked at this post. What problems can occur? http://www.steroid.com/steroid_injections.php
Or is it just like the glute?

The quads have a lot more veins and nerves than the glute are also not nearly as deep in most and the area side to side is much smaller. That said if you pay close attention to where you are injecting ( I suggest well before you inject feeling the area to determine the center of the muscle so you are familiar with it before you start ) use the proper length needle 1" and aspirate to make sure there is no blood then inject slowly you will be fine. Make sure to warm your AAS to slightly above body temperature to aid in muscle absorption and of course clean the area thoroughly with an alcohol pad.
The nice thing about quads is its very easy to hold the needle perfectly still while injecting oneself something that can not be said of the glutes.
You will be fine.

First time I did quad couldnt walk for a week, pinned way to high and the oil leaked down to my knee now I have the spot right and I love it more then glute, just maek sure you inject on the outer part of your quad and youll be good

I cannot reach my glutes due to a lack of flexibility.
So instead of glutes I inject the ventro glute.
Virtually no pain, very few nerves or veins to be concerned with.
Google it if your interested.

OP, I recommend going in slowly into the quad so you'll know if you hit a nerve. Seems like I have to pull out and readjust every once in a while.

Vastus lateralis is the optimal quad muscle in my opinion. I too rotate only quad and delt injections. Biggest thing is to aspirate go slow and switch it up to avoid too much scar tissue formation. I've hit a vein maybe once in my quad and had a gusher once there but no big deal. I'd just not recommend winstrol in the quad before leg day( yes I was an idiot and thought if I added winstrol to an already rediculous first cycle of cyp and tren it would lean me out bc I knew it all and winstrol will magically cut you up)

I only shoot in my quads and delts, never had any issues, I cannot do my glutes due to flexibility and comfort. Just poke on the outer side of the quad, that to me hurts much less or not even at all, when i pin square right on top it hurts like a bit#%

With glutes i only ran into problems. Oil lump because i positioned the needle at an angle, big pain around greater trochanter a couple days later, and so on. Quads were PERFECT. Everything went smoothly and minor pain (shooting 0.65cc though)

Great link. Thanks
Second injection today, and it went smoother than the first.
Planning on rotating Glutes, Quads, and Shoulders (if I can get my hand around to the other side)
The link Matt had posted in his thread, re pictures was no good.
Would you say steroid .comīs depiction on where to pin the quad is correct (lower outside)

if u cant inject urself u should not start a cycle.
now with that said, u have all the info u need. one suggestion i will give is the chest, it may seem scary but is easiest spot to hit. that and the lats....

Does the area you use matter for how much it will help i mean ass seems to be the common one but would it give you the same effect as if you did it in the quad? thanks for the help guys i havent done a cycle yet and still debating if i will i want all my facts before even looking at buying and trying ya know.

I rotate quad (vastus lateralis) and glute (medeus). Never have trouble with either.
